POWERHOUR is an intense, fun, and energizing class created to make you feel and look your best. This program is designed to shape every area of your body while burning tons of calories through strength and cardiovascular training. The one hour class begins with a vigorous 10-minute warm-up, followed by 40-minutes of circuits to strengthen and tone every part of your body. We end with a 10-minute cool-down and stretching session.
The circuits vary from body weight exercises, plyometric drills, core work, and cardio interval training. Partner drills, relay races, and obstacle courses are also used to encourage positive teamwork. Each session is different, creating "muscle confusion", which produces results quickly. Classes meet both indoors and outdoors throughout the Charleston Area.
